You use THAT for WHAT!? - Bananas

Ice cream sundaes, comedic relief, potassium boost - bananas are great for a number of things. But, unless you scour the pages of Pinterest regularly, (guilty!) you probably haven't come across this one.

Bananas are great for your skin and blemishes - more specifically - getting rid of them.

You know we're all about doing things au natural, so the idea of using fruit to fight imperfections sounds great. No harsh acids or chemicals to dry skin out or anything like that nor does it involve eating 10 bananas a day.

How to use:

In order to make bananas work for you both inside and out, after you eat one, don't toss the peel. Rub the inside of the banana peel over your skin for a couple of minutes and leave the residue on. After 10-15 minutes, wash off. This can be repeated a couple of times a day or as needed.

From our research, it's the potassium and antioxidants in bananas that help to reduce irritation and fight breakouts. With extended use, the peel will also help to lighten brown spots and leave skin softer.

We have to know, have any of you already tried this? Will you try this?
